About the role
Responsible for managing tenant applications, conducting tours, and assisting with lease negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential tenants
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed property information
- Handle lease agreements and paperwork
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests and lease terms
- Manage tenant databases and ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
