About the role
Responsible for leasing apartments and managing tenant relations. Conducting tours, negotiating leases, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and provide property information
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage tenant contracts
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
