This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.

Responsibilities

• Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven and subject to a high level of control and review.
• Follows established rules, procedures, and global policies.
• Vendor master file set-up and maintenance.
• Accounts payable data entry, coding, and vouchering.
• Participation in month-end activities.
• Entering vendor and employee expense reports into Costpoint.
• Purchase order vouchering and clearing using a 3-way matching process in Costpoint.
• Responding to all vendor inquiries.
• Preparing weekly cash disbursements and supporting weekly payment runs.
• Preparing monthly accounts payable accrual report.
• Filing and maintaining all historical records.
• Supports internal and external SOX audit requests.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, or a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a high-volume organization.
• Experience in Deltek/Costpoint or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Understanding and prior experience working in a SOX-compliant environment is strongly preferred.
