About the role
Lead an 8-person global AP team (3 in North Carolina, 5 in India) overseeing U.S. accounts payable operations. Manage AP automation implementation (Medius) and support the Microsoft D365 ERP migration with a planned go-live in October 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle AP processes, including invoice processing, payment runs (ACH/checks), vendor maintenance, and general ledger accuracy.
- Partner with procurement, treasury, and accounting teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure strong financial controls.
- Assess department workload and recommend process improvements.
- Help onboard a permanent AP Manager when hired.
Requirements
- 5+ years of AP leadership experience.
- Strong accounting background.
- Experience leading ERP or AP automation implementations.
