AP Credit Card Specialist

Location and Work Expectations
This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS). Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Review & Process company credit card transactions in our payable system in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording credit card accounts payable data.
- Review credit card accounts for potential duplication of services and areas where we can consolidate charges for potential savings.
- Submit credit card payments for approval prior to the due date with the Controller and CFO. Once payment is approved, generate payment to American Express.
- Reconcile the credit card accounts payable ledger to ensure all payables are accounted for and properly posted. The subledger must reconcile with the General Ledger accounts at the end of each month.
- Review approved expense reimbursements bi-monthly to ensure they comply with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This role involves extended periods of sitting or standing and regular use of computers and office equipment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related Accounts Payable experience.
- General ledger and chart of accounts knowledge.
- Experience in Bill.com and Sage Intacct is preferred, but open to any accounting software experience.
- ConnectWise experience is preferred but not required.
- Bonus points for any experience using AI to improve processes in Accounts Payable.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $57,000 and $62,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
Workspace Requirements
Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies, such as password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, and having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by the team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
