What You’ll Do
- Oversight of AP/AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts and research of discrepancies
- Assistance with project costing and financial reporting support
- Maintenance of clean and accurate records for month-end close
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounting, AP, or AR experience (construction experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Effective communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
