A well-established manufacturing company in the Elk Grove Village area is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support its day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, payment batches, and vendor transactions
• Apply customer payments, maintain receivable records, and assist with collections
• Review new customer accounts and support credit-related documentation
• Aid with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and accounting support
• Prepare reports, analyze expenses, and provide documentation for audits
• Resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall computer proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
