About the role
As an AP & AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments efficiently
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
