AODA Day Treatment Therapist

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges in a day treatment or intensive outpatient program setting. The role involves providing therapeutic services, case management, and support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress notes and maintain client records
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed professional in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
