Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Aid customers in selecting the perfect vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide informative product demonstrations and conduct test drives
- Set and achieve personal sales goals, contributing to the success of the dealership
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle options, features, and promotions
- Offer clear communication to customers throughout the buying process
- Support the dealership in day-to-day operations to help drive business growth
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers (Outlook, Word, Social Media)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks
