About the role
We are seeking an Anti-Corruption Manager to join the third party anti-corruption team within Salesforce’s Global Ethics & Integrity team. This role involves performing third party due diligence, mitigating compliance risks, and managing complex projects to further develop, enhance, and scale compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners, recommending appropriate risk controls and remediation of reports of adverse partner information.
- Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and recommend mitigation actions.
- Audit high-risk third parties.
- Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing and implementing compliance monitoring efforts, and fostering a compliance culture.
- Manage projects to scale anti-corruption compliance processes, driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality work efficiently.
- Leverage AI platforms, data tools, and systems to ensure a risk-based, streamlined approach to compliance operations.
- Develop, test, and implement enhancements to anti-corruption policies and procedures, due diligence frameworks, and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations teams to advance compliance objectives.
- Communicate insights from data, analyses, and findings clearly and concisely – visually, orally, and in writing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, with exposure to third-party anti-corruption or partner due diligence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to present data and findings clearly to varied audiences.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with compliance tool development or AI platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, or similar tools.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually.
