About the Role

Anesthesiologist opportunity with OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital, a not-for-profit community hospital near Chicago, IL. This 298-bed Medicare-certified facility offers advanced inpatient, surgical, and outpatient care with new equipment and operating rooms. The hospital is part of the OSF HealthCare system, an integrated network operated by The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis.

The location features a collegial atmosphere and is equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)

Case Assignments & Schedule

Various schedules and shifts available, including general, orthopedic, vascular, and other specialties.

Pay

Hourly rate: W2 $325/hr or 1099 $335/hr.
