Job Summary

Blossom Music Center is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and music-loving individuals for seasonal, hourly positions starting in April and concluding in October. This role involves working concert days only.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
  • Communicate daily specials on Premier and Rockstar parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
  • Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
  • Aid the Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
  • Handle large amounts of money and balance the till at the end of the show.
  • Participate in post-show clean-up, including picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • An acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy is necessary.
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
