Job Summary
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a fun, energetic, and music-loving individual for a seasonal, hourly position starting in April and concluding in October, with potential for a full 2027 season.
About the role
This position is part of the ancillary sales team, focusing on onsite sales and communications regarding additional amenities at the venue, such as the Comfort Lounge, Rockstar Parking, Seat Upgrades, Ticket Specials, and Lawn Chair Rentals. The role involves interacting with guests, managing special offers, and assisting with various tasks under the supervision of the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and answer any questions they may have about the venue.
- Communicate daily specials on Premier and Rockstar parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
- Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
- Aid in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
- Handle large amounts of money and balance the till at the end of the show.
- Participate in post-show clean-up, including picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Passes pre-employment background check.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adequate judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
Qualifications
- Constant walking, standing, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
- Lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
