About the role
The successful candidate will be a member of the Neuropathology team, consulting with clinical staff, and will be an active participant in the Department’s educational programs, including teaching medical students and residents, and will be expected to engage in productive research activities. Participation on the autopsy service will be required.

Requirements
- Subspecialty expertise in an area of surgical pathology, such as head and neck pathology, bone and soft tissue pathology, breast pathology, thoracic pathology, pediatric pathology, genitourinary pathology, etc., as well as willingness to sign out general surgical pathology cases, is desirable but not required.
Qualifications
- PhD or MD degree
- Postdoctoral training in neuropathology or related field
- Experience in neuropathology laboratory services
- Ability to teach medical students and residents
- Active participation in research activities
