Responsibilities
Enable business analytics and reporting needs by translating data questions into requirements and developing analytics assets.
Work with IT and other stakeholders to define, validate, and document reporting logic, KPI definitions, and dataset relationships.
Manage and prioritize system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Lead and facilitate project teams across functional, cross-functional, and global boundaries.
Support migration and change efforts, including tool and platform migrations, data migrations, and stakeholder adaptation.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL knowledge, capable of exploring, validating, and reasoning about data.
- Understanding of data structures, joins, keys, and dataset connections in Oracle and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience combining and reconciling data from multiple sources to answer business questions.
- Proven ability to operate independently, with confidence, resilience, and accountability.
- Comfortable with frequent change, shifting priorities, and evolving tools.
- Logical, structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Adaptable and curious, with the capacity to learn new tools and domains quickly.
- Resilient and pragmatic, able to maintain momentum during uncertainty and transition.
- Collaborative and credible with both technical and non-technical audiences.
