Analytics & Insights Specialist - People Analytics
About the role
Gartner’s People Analytics team derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates. The team drives impact on Gartner’s Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state‑of‑the‑art technology, analytics, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholders.
- Lead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high‑quality hiring, and reduce open positions.
- Drive execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teams.
- Proactively identify possibilities to create new or enhance existing reporting to best serve business needs.
- Act as a trusted data partner for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business partners – both within and outside of HR – to solve business issues.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical subjects or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance, etc.).
- 1–5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, strategy, consulting, business operations, or finance.
- Data‑driven, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn data into compelling, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engage senior executives.
- Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.
- Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $64,000 – $87,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
Location
Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford, CT.
