People Technology & Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to serve as the architect and engine behind our data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will own the evolution of our HR tech stack, moving us from manual processes to sophisticated, AI-driven automation that unlocks capacity across the entire People team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role (P3) designed for a systems-thinker who wants to enable a modern, scalable and efficient People technology ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $160,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
