About the role
This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in our San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the entire HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt), ensuring seamless connectivity and integrations.
- Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new HR AI tools to keep Taskrabbit at the forefront of modern People operations.
- Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers to recover team capacity.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness to provide the SLT with real-time insights.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for HRIS data quality, conducting regular audits.
- Manage compensation cycle data pulls, engagement trend analysis, and ad-hoc requests to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead RFPs and contract negotiations for new tools, maintaining a clear People team tool roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Rippling (highly preferred).
- Expert-level skills in building technical dashboards and customizing complex reports.
- Practical experience or high proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of how HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools sync and transfer data.
- Ability to perform complex data merges and audit large datasets with high accuracy.

- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.

- Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
- The base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $160,000.
- Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
