Responsibilities

- Help finance advertisers navigate the shift to an AI first era of marketing, leveraging Google AI and ML solutions to articulate and quantify the value and impact of marketing investments.
- Be an expert in helping prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution.
- Use predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve challenges, uncover opportunities and develop solutions for client business.
- Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
- Travel up to 30% of the time as needed to work with clients or teams.
- Develop strategic measurement plans in partnership with external client sponsorship, bringing the best of Google and specialist teams along for brilliant execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques, applied AI tools.
- Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
- Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
- Familiarity with brand and performance marketing & measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).
- Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
Qualifications
- An analytical background with experience in consulting, marketing analytics, investment banking, financial modeling, and/or statistical analysis.
- Able to refine complex situations into a few actionable insights.
- An expert in the intersection of incrementality, MMM, and attribution.
- Expertise in the intersection of user behavior insights, customer segmentation, and Google internal data to devise marketing strategies that drive successful results.

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $108000 - $155000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits
