About the role
Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role requires combining sharp financial instincts with interpersonal skills to influence a fast-moving organization. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining complex financial models, conducting ROI analyses, presenting analysis to senior and cross-functional audiences, and contributing to Taskrabbit's internal AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models and reports in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles
- Conduct ROI analyses to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities
- Present analysis to senior and cross-functional audiences — crafting compelling narratives that surface key strategic decisions, not just data
- Take a leadership role in internal team meetings; coach and motivate junior team members and drive process improvements across the finance function
- Contribute to Taskrabbit's internal AI strategy — identifying and executing opportunities to make the finance team, and the broader organization, more effective through AI tools
Requirements
Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, mathematics, analytics, economics, or a related quantitative field, 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business analytics, and experience in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally a marketplace business.

- Base pay range for this position is $128,000-$155,000
