Lead, Financial Analyst
About the Role
Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role requires combining sharp financial instincts with interpersonal skills to influence a fast-moving organization. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining complex financial models, conducting ROI analyses, presenting analysis to senior and cross-functional audiences, and contributing to Taskrabbit's internal AI strategy.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, mathematics, analytics, economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business analytics
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally a marketplace business
- Excellent financial modeling skills with a hands-on approach to data and model construction
- A natural communicator who can bridge technical and business audiences
- A self-starter who takes ownership, operates with high integrity, and brings curiosity to every challenge
Compensation & Benefits
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $128,000-$155,000. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
