Analyst, Total Rewards

About the role

This hybrid role supports QVC from our West Chester, PA location and requires onsite presence several days per month. Candidates must reside in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania; relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation benchmarking using market data and internal job architecture to assess market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, recognition, and other employee benefit programs.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for program enhancements.
• Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, salary structure updates, and budget modeling.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven support on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting recurring compensation or benefits cycles such as merit planning, bonus planning, open enrollment, benefits renewals, or wellness programs.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage data integrity, audits, and process-driven work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
