About the Opportunity
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing Total Rewards operations, focusing on both compensation and benefits. This position supports the administration and evolution of competitive Total Rewards programs, ensuring alignment with employee and business needs. The role involves partnering with leadership to deliver high-quality support and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organization's Total Rewards offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct external market pricing and prepare analyses for compensation structure mapping
- Act as primary contact for participation in compensation surveys
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, and promotions
- Evaluate global salary structures and recommend adjustments
- Administer compensation processes within pay software
- Review pay changes for budget compliance and equity
- Calculate and analyze bonus payments
- Monitor outcomes against budget
- Analyze process results for improvements
- Collaborate with HR Operations on benefits onboarding, offboarding, and overall Total Rewards operations
- Administer annual U.S. Benefits Open Enrollment
- Monitor and resolve benefits eligibility issues
- Manage benefits invoices and vendor coordination
- Provide first-line support for benefits and compensation inquiries
- Aid in developing employee communications and training materials related to benefits
- Maintain policies and documentation for compensation, benefits, time off, and leave programs
- Participate in projects, compliance, process improvements related to compensation and benefits
- Support leave of absence administration, including record maintenance and coordination with managers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources, global compensation, or global benefits
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- High integrity and discretion handling confidential information
- PREFERRED: Experience with Workday, especially Advanced Compensation module
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with compensation tools like Pave or similar
