The Total Rewards Analyst role involves delivering critical analytical and operational support across Verifone's global Total Rewards programs.

Skills and Experience

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights across compensation and benefits programs.
• Support job evaluation and market benchmarking using Radford or bespoke methodologies, and assist in designing salary ranges aligned with local legislation and Verifone's pay philosophy.
• Participate in salary survey submissions and analysis across global markets.
• Affiliate with benefits utilization analysis, product design, renewals, and improvements to benefits administration processes.
• Administer the equity program, including updating awards in the option tracking system.
• Contribute to Job Architecture and Benefits Administration initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of tools and scalable processes using Excel, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday.
• Collaborate with HRIS and HR Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
• Respond to day-to-day reward-related queries from HR and business stakeholders.

We desire candidates with 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a broader Total Rewards function, exceptional analytical skills, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, equity program administration, and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills is essential.
