Job Overview
This position is not open to agency submissions. It is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
Responsibilities
- Catalog Health & Compliance: Proactively monitor and resolve Amazon listing errors, stranded inventory, product health warnings, and complex compliance requests to ensure zero downtime for top-selling SKUs.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily SKU-level analysis to track sales velocity, win-rate on the Buy Box, and overall channel health metrics against established goals.
- Forecasting & Inventory Coordination: Partner closely with inventory planners to communicate demand trends, track inbound shipments, and prevent stockouts on key items.
- Promotion Execution: Build, execute, and monitor the performance of promotions, deals, and coupons.
- Data Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions to extract marketplace data, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a systems-thinker who loves diving into data to solve puzzles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where marketplace rules change frequently, and you possess the autonomy and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, nested formulas) with a proven ability to analyze large datasets and spot anomalies.
- Systems Thinking: An inherent ability to understand how complex, end-to-end e-commerce processes and software systems interact.
- Execution & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail. You are driven by accuracy and possess the project management skills to follow complex tasks through to completion.
- Adaptability: A self-starter with a natural curiosity to test, learn, and iterate based on shifting marketplace dynamics.
