Ecommerce Analyst Role
Summa The Senior eCommerce Analyst / Analytics Manager is responsible for analytics, reporting, measurement, and performance insights across ATG's US digital business. This role supports all US markets and works cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Ticketing Operations, and external vendors to improve business performance through data-driven decision making. In addition to serving as the team's analytics subject matter expert, this role is responsible for managing and developing the eCommerce Specialist supporting Operations & Analytics, helping establish scalable reporting, tracking, and measurement processes across the Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and performance measurement processes
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion funnels, and revenue performance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
- Partner with Product and eCommerce teams to measure the impact of new features and initiatives
- Own measurement strategy, tracking governance, and analytics best practices
- Support attribution, tagging, and reporting requirements across marketing channels
- Manage relationships with analytics vendors and agency partners
- Support executive reporting and business reviews
- Manage, coach, and develop the eCommerce Specialist supporting Operations, Affiliates & Analysis
Preferred Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance measurement
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing direct reports or junior team members
- Advanced experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- A strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, attribution, and tracking methodologies
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering
- Experience in eCommerce, ticketing, entertainment, media, or similar consumer-facing businesses preferred
