Your Role
From Day One, You’ll Join a Senior, Highly Capable Team And Contribute To Real Transactions And Strategic Projects.
- Create transaction materials — teasers, information memoranda, and investor decks for leading investors and CEOs.
- Financial modelling & valuations — build models and apply DCF, market, and transaction-based valuation methods.
- Market & competitive research — deliver deep, structured research that informs key strategic decisions.
- Supporting strategic and fundraising projects — help companies prepare for growth rounds and long-term strategy.
- Driving the deal process — assist with due diligence, investor outreach, and negotiation support.
- Shaping the firm — contribute to internal initiatives across operations, efficiency, and marketing.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a future standout advisor — someone with intellectual curiosity, ambition, and a strong sense of ownership. You Are Likely A final-year university student (4th/5th year) or a recent graduate in finance, economics, or a technical discipline.
- Experienced: You’ve completed at least one internship in M&A, consulting (e.g., Big Four), investment banking, or VC/PE.
- Technically strong: You master Excel and PowerPoint and can turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Analytically driven: Numbers are your language. You recognise patterns, understand key valuation concepts, and enjoy solving complex problems.
- Proactive and accountable: You think ahead, take responsibility, and deliver work you’re proud of.
- Detail-oriented: You understand that precision defines great advisory work.
