M&A Analyst

Evaluate acquisition opportunities and perform buy-side financial due diligence

Build and maintain sophisticated financial models

Prepare investment memorandums and executive presentations

Support transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing

Analyze company financial statements, operating performance, and business risks

Partner with senior leadership on investment strategy and portfolio initiatives

Assist portfolio companies with financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, insurance, and other strategic projects as needed

Conduct industry, market, and competitive research

What We're Looking For

• Experience in buy-side mergers & acquisitions, private equity, family office investing, corporate development, or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience performing financial due diligence
• Ability to develop investment recommendations supported by sound financial analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where versatility is valued
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus

Compensation

Base salary approximately $125,000-$175,000+, depending upon experience (exceptional candidates may be considered above this range).

Performance bonus opportunity of approximately $50,000.

Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Full-time, on-site (Monday-Friday)
