Analyst II - Training Unit

About the role

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is seeking an organized, motivated, and mission-driven professional to join the STEP Branch in the Training Unit. In this role, you will:

• Support our statewide Training Unit by performing procurement duties ranging from complex processes in the state Fiscal system, to searching for vendors that can provide dynamic training.
• Forecast and track fiscal year expenditures and monitor the unit’s annual budget.
• Collaborate with the executive team and other units to meet departmental training demands and develop a statewide training calendar.
• Support training events by providing logistical planning, finding training venues, lodging and more!
• Co-facilitate in-person and virtual training and perform evaluation analysis and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

Benefits

This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for full time telework due to on-going renovations at CCC Headquarters (HQ) located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA. However, you may be occasionally required to work from the CCC Sacramento Center location (570 Bercut Drive, Sacramento, CA) based on business need (printing, mailing, meetings, etc.). Once HQ renovations are complete, you will be notified and the in-office reporting location will revert to HQ (anticipated return is August or later) and this position will revert to a “Hybrid” schedule.

Pay

$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month
