Job Description And Duties
The incumbent works under general direction of the Supervisor I in the Business Development Unit. The Analyst II leads the development and ongoing management of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention contracts, review and process invoices, conduct budget and fiscal analysis, identify innovative process improvements, develop and implement standard operating procedures for branch functions, and serve as a key point of contact for funded entities.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention strategies and programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HIV/AIDS prevention or related field
- Experience with HIV/AIDS prevention contracts and budgeting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The salary ranges shown on this job posting do not reflect the salary reduction due to the implementation of the Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025. The position is subject to a 3% base pay reduction in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027.

This position is permanent and full-time, working in-office.
