Duties

  • Perform a variety of complex analytical and program support functions related to the delivery and administration of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) Labor Commissioner’s Office (LCO) case management software.
  • Develop and generate reports, track compliance and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop, facilitate, and deliver training.
  • Participate in program evaluation, planning, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide consultative services to management.

Requirements

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II will work closely with program leaders for the timely implementation of projects to improve the overall functionality of data management systems used by the LCO.

Qualifications

The Analyst II position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of progressively responsible experience in a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month
