About the Role

Under the supervision of the Branch Chief of the Office Major Maintenance Support, a Supervisor I, the Analyst-II will function as the Major Maintenance Support Analyst for the Highway Maintenance (HM) Programs. The incumbent is responsible for tracking major maintenance projects and reporting on project allocations and expenditures.

SOQ Questions:

  1. Describe your experience with budgetary functions such as allocation of funds or tracking of expenditures.
  2. Describe your experience with databases or analytical software & creating and presenting reports.
  3. Describe how you incorporate customer service into your current position.
  4. Describe your experience in ensuring quality control (QC) in when reviewing reports. What tools do you use to ensure QC?

Pay

  • $6,031.00 - $7,775.00
  • New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
