About the role

Under the direction of the Staff Manager I, the Associate Government Program Analyst will serve as a Facilities Operations Officer. The incumbent independently organizes, administers and monitors the District Facilities Contracts and the Facilities Purchasing. Performs full journey level analytical work by carrying out the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical staff services work in the Contract and Purchasing Program.

Responsibilities

• Organize, administer and monitor District Facilities Contracts
• Oversee Facilities Purchasing
• Carry out full journey level analytical work in the Contract and Purchasing Program

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle
• Must be on the state examination list for the ANALYST II classification (for those without current eligibility who are new to state civil services employment)
• Must meet Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s)

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge and experience working with procurement, contracts, interpreting policy, and databases
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks

Pay

$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 (New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.)
