The Analyst II utilizes date-driven knowledge to collect, store, track, analyze, and report information. This function requires proficient computer skills to support essential functions and databases management. Additionally, the incumbent must have strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and written skills. The Analyst II will also play a key role in assisting the hospital’s transition to a standardized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This position is essential to ensuring data integrity, compliance, and quality improvement within the hospital’s data management framework.
