About the Role
The Analyst II acts independently or with a team to address database design, issues of concern, and business solutions for the application, ProLaw, its third-party word processor integrations such as Word, HotDocs and Cognos. The Analyst II performs a variety of complex tasks in support of the Business Intelligence and Document Automation Team that resides in the Case Management Section (CMS).
Responsibilities
- Consult with executive, accounting and budget staff, legal division managers, and law practice section representatives and/or their clients to document business requirements and develop solutions using ProLaw and its integrated applications for the purpose of document and report development.
- Assist with developing job specific training curriculum and train processes and procedures using ProLaw and its integrated applications.
- Provide internal and external client support and services via the Case Management Section Reports Mailbox.
- Analyze the most complex issues and make recommendations to Supervisor I and/or lead and implement decisions by Supervisor I and/or lead.
- Develop and maintain the Attorney General Office's case-related ProLaw and HotDocs document templates.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or with a team on database design and business solutions.
- Experience with ProLaw, Word, HotDocs, and Cognos.
- Ability to consult with diverse stakeholders including executive, accounting, budget, legal division managers, and law practice representatives.
- Experience developing training curriculum and conducting training.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide recommendations.
- Experience developing and maintaining document templates.
Pay
- $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 monthly (new to state candidates hired at minimum salary).
Schedule
- Work Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Work Week: Monday - Friday
