About the role

The Analyst II acts independently or with a team to address database design, issues of concern, and business solutions for the application, ProLaw, its third-party word processor integrations such as Word, HotDocs and Cognos. The Analyst II performs a variety of complex tasks in support of the Business Intelligence and Document Automation Team that resides in the Case Management Section (CMS).

Responsibilities

  • Consult with executive, accounting and budget staff, legal division managers, and law practice section representatives and/or their clients to document business requirements and develop solutions using ProLaw and its integrated applications for the purpose of document and report development.
  • Assist with developing job specific training curriculum and train processes and procedures using ProLaw and its integrated applications.
  • Provide internal and external client support and services via the Case Management Section Reports Mailbox.
  • Analyze the most complex issues and make recommendations to Supervisor I and/or lead and implement decisions by Supervisor I and/or lead.
  • Develop and maintain the Attorney General Office's case-related ProLaw and HotDocs document templates.

Pay

  • $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 A (New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.)

Schedule

  • Work Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday

Position Details: 12 Month Limited Term - Full Time | 1 position available | Work Location: Alameda County
