We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We removed those. We kept the Special Requirements content (SOQ formatting). We kept Desirable Qualifications as Qualifications. We kept Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The Benefits section we wrote includes reference to CalHR and CalPERS; that's from original. Good. We must not include any mention of "Job Code #: JC-532072 Position #(s): 472-521-5393-XXX Working Title: Health & Safety Analyst II Classification: ANALYST II $6,031.00 - $7,547.00". We already used Pay and maybe we omitted classification. That's fine. We must not include "New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable." That's extra detail about salary; we could include in Pay section maybe. But we already have salary range; we could add that note. It's substantive. Let's add to Pay: "New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable." That is from posting. Also "# of Positions: 1 Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Facility: Department of Developmental Services". Some of that is covered in Schedule (Hybrid) and maybe we could add a note about work location and full-time. But we already have Schedule about hybrid; we could add a separate section? But we prefer few sections. Could add to Schedule: "Position is permanent, full‑time, located in Sacramento County." That's substantive. Also "Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave." That's about salary reduction; we could add to Pay or a note. It's substantive. Let's add to Pay: "Effective July 1, 2025, state employees are subject to a three percent salary reduction in exchange for five hours per month of personal leave." Also "All commute expenses to the reporting location will be the responsibility of the selected candidate." That's about commute; could be added to Schedule or a separate note. Might fit under Schedule. Also "This position requires lawful authorization to work in the United States. The Department does not sponsor employment visas for this position." That's a requirement; could be added to Requirements. Also "Occasional overnight statewide travel may be required." Already in Schedule. Also "Pursuant to California Government Code requirements, candidates must be residents of the State of California at the time of appointment." That's a requirement; add to Requirements. Also "The Department Is Located In a Modern, Sustainable And Innovative Office Building At 1215 “O” Street, Sacramento, California. Some Amenities Of The Building Include: ..." That's about facility; maybe not needed but could be added to About the role or a separate section? It's substantive but not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that info somewhere. Could add to About the role or a new section like "Work Environment". But we only have allowed headings list; we
