Duties
- Strengthen position control, data integrity, internal controls, SOP development, reporting, and workflow infrastructure.
- Support audit compliance.
- Coordinate with control agencies.
- Provide reporting and analytics.
- Develop process improvement tools.
- Enhance workload management within the Transactions Section.
Qualifications
- Experience performing complex analytical, technical, and operational support.
- Knowledge of state personnel rules and policies.
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate and timely personnel transactions.
- Experience with workflow infrastructure and reporting systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
