About the role
The Administrative Services Analyst for the Division of Design serves as the liaison for Training, TE Civil Rotation Program, Employee Engagement, Property Control, Work Plans, and Utilities. This position works closely with the Supervisor I in developing and implementing internal and external partnership engagement programs and activities.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the liaison for Training, TE Civil Rotation Program, Employee Engagement, Property Control, Work Plans, and Utilities.
- Manages, monitors, and tracks the completion of training.
- Affords assistance in administering the TE Civil Rotation Program.
- Oversight of property control.
- Facilitates the installation and billing of utility services.
- Works closely with the Supervisor I in developing and implementing internal and external partnership engagement programs and activities.
Requirements
Requires possession of a valid driver license when operating a State owned or leased vehicle.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of experience in administrative support or a related field.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
