About the Role
The Analyst gathers and provides inputs to align preseason deployment and fulfillment strategies for Wholesale in North America (NAM) and ensures seamless execution by tracking deviations to the aligned plans. This includes planning for seasonal distribution center (DC) utilization, accounting for the complexity of customer orders, to optimize fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and provide inputs from the Account Management team to align preseason deployment and fulfillment strategies for Wholesale in North America (NAM).
- Monitor and track deviations from aligned plans to ensure seamless execution of deployment and fulfillment strategies.
- Gather and coordinate account direct ship targets at the division level to enable accurate DC utilization and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Cost Services teams to gather customer value-added services (VAS) requirements and integrate them into fulfillment plans.
- Meet seasonally with Deployment teams to ensure alignment on deployment strategy and address any potential issues.
- Provide inputs to DC Operations, Inbound, and Finance teams to help manage long-term staffing and costs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deployment and fulfillment to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize deployment and fulfillment strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on deployment and fulfillment performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of deployment and fulfillment operations for Wholesale.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications
- College or university degree with a focus on supply chain management; post-graduate level preferred. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and related work experience in Logistics, Footwear, and/or Apparel.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry.

Schedule
Hybrid work policy requiring in-office attendance Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or in-person presentations, in-office attendance is required even on Fridays.
