Based in Denver, Colorado, with offices across the United States and in London and Amsterdam, SRS Acquiom supports transactions across North America and Europe. Our M&A services include professional shareholder representation, paying and escrow agent services, and online document solicitation and reporting. For loan and credit transactions, we provide independent Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Sub-Agent, and Successor Agent services. Since 2007, SRS Acquiom has supported more than 11,500 transactions globally. By bringing efficiency, expertise, and purpose-built technology to complex financial transactions, we help sophisticated deal parties focus on building great businesses and maximizing value.

Responsibilities

• Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions
• Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds
• Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request
• Interpret legal deal documents and build online document templates for use during the solicitation process so security holders can complete required data accurately and easily
• Interface with other departments, specifically the Relationship and Imports teams, to ensure delivery of expected outcome by outside clients within the SLA
• Send mass solicitation announcements to security holders
• Create status reports and use SQL to extract data from JSON objects
• Reconcile each individual deal prior to payment or when any change occurs after the deal begins funding
• Book deposits and prepare daily reconciliation of omnibus accounts for approval by management
• Self-manage personal pipeline for in-progress transactions and report on statuses daily
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs, and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Strong project management, detail-oriented, discretion, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role, as confidential, sensitive communications are broadly distributed to sophisticated investors
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical to ensure that communication is not misinterpreted
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, be able to handle multiple transactions at one time, and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects
• 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $65k and $73k, depending on experience level.
