Customer Fulfillment Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive to 98% In Stocks at Home Depot
• Lead the order processing and customer collaboration efforts to align order fulfillment with the customer operations expectations.
• Manage all The Home Depot’s order creation to shipment.
• Monitor shipments and sales to the Home Depot.
• Coincides with TTI Asia OPD, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and THD IPR teams.
• Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance.
• End-to-End Process Control and Continuous Improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability are a must.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Effective project management skills and team leadership skills.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrate statistical, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
• Able to develop and manage metrics that drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast paced, high-energy team.
• Able to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.
• SAP &/or Logility Experience a plus.
