Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collecting, validating, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Maintaining data and inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory movement and balances across multiple warehouse locations and investigating inventory variances and exceptions.
• Performing daily monitoring and analysis of order files to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain operational compliance.
• Processing and validating requests received through the ticketing system.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven improvements.
• Partnership with Production, Client Services, IT, and warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing errors, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall fulfillment performance.
• Taking ownership of assigned operational issues and following them through investigation, resolution, and appropriate follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five years of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, inventory management, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with external warehouse and fulfillment partners.
• Naturally curious mindset, effective stakeholder communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership in driving issues to resolution.
