Amros Pharmaceuticals, a trusted name in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join its team in Karachi.

Location: A/96 S.I.T.E II, Superhighway, Gulshan-e-Maymar Industrial Area, Karachi. Preference will be given to candidates living in North/New Karachi, Surjani, Gulshan-e-Maymar, F.B. Area, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, or nearby areas.

Sales Manager (Institutional)

Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional sales and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Manage regional sales operations and oversee team performance.
  • Handle government/private tenders from bidding to execution.
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments and lead the sales team effectively.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong background in Institutional Sales.
  • Proven experience in Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience in Regional Sales & Tender Management.
  • Strong leadership, recovery operations, and communication skills.

Senior Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis using HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTNIR, Dissolution Tester, and other QC instruments.
  • Conduct analytical testing in accordance with approved specifications, pharmacopoeial methods (USP, BP, and Ph. Eur.), and validated analytical procedures.
  • Participate in method verification/validation, instrument calibration and qualification, and laboratory investigations (OOS, OOT, and deviations).
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.
  • Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Requirements

  • M.Sc. / BS in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharm-D, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Quality Control department of a reputable pharmaceutical company.
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant HPLC experience and strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in operating HPLC is mandatory.
