Responsibilities

• Drive institutional sales by identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and securing business contracts.
• Develop and expand key accounts by strengthening relationships with existing healthcare institutions and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to support long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, timely product delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, manage the institutional sales pipeline, and implement strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Track market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and support business planning.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or MBA in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in institutional sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skilled in identifying institutional sales opportunities, managing tender processes, and nurturing long-term business relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in institutional sales.
