About the role
The Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ADA compliance in all aspects of the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on ADA requirements and best practices.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, applicants, and the public regarding ADA compliance issues.
- Monitor and report on compliance with ADA standards and regulations.
- Advise management on ADA-related matters and provide guidance on accommodations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in disability studies, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ADA compliance or related field.
- Knowledge of federal and state ADA laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
