AMC/CMC Facilities Manager

About the role

The Manager of Engineering Services oversees Construction/Trades division, including Operating Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, and Engineering Technicians. Responsibilities include ensuring uninterrupted utility services, maintaining buildings, and managing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and trades operations
• Ensure uninterrupted utility services
• Maintain buildings and equipment
• Manage preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Develop and implement short- and long-term plans
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or ability to obtain within three (3) years
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Five (5) years facilities experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Professional Engineering license in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred)

Pay and Benefits

Competitive salary range is $101,545.60 - $146,140.80 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Additional details about pay and benefits can be found here.

Schedule

Full-time, days schedule, Monday through Friday.
