Amazon Connect Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant

About the role

The Amazon Connect Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions in accordance with customer requirements and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards related to Amazon Connect solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and other cloud-based communication platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
