About the role

As a Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant at Storm Reply, US - Modernization and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions to clients. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or delivery roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and office environment

Qualifications
